Salary/Stipend

• During Training Period (1 year): Monthly stipend of ₹65,000/-
• After Absorption as Deputy Manager (JM-I): Pay band ₹48,480-2000-62,480-2340-67,160-2680-85,920 as per Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 12th Bipartite Settlement
• Additional Benefits: Allowances, perquisites and benefits as applicable to the Grade as per Bank’s rules
• Accommodation: Residential accommodation subject to availability or leased accommodation scheme
• Loan Schemes: Housing, vehicle, personal computer, children education etc.

Age Limit (as on December 31, 2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years
• SC/ST: 33 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 31 years
• PwBD (UR/EWS): 38 years
• PwBD (OBC-NCL): 41 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 43 years
• Ex-servicemen: Maximum relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit (for Group A recruitment)

Selection Process

• The selection process comprises Written Test and Personal Interview
• Written Examination: Professional Knowledge – Subjective (Total 100 marks, 2 hours 30 minutes duration)
  • Part I: Financial Statement – Question 1 (Compulsory) – 40 marks
  • Part II: Attempt any 6 out of 8 Questions – 60 marks
• Examination will be conducted in Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Guwahati
• No sectional cut-off for written examination
• Candidates shortlisted based on written test performance will be called for Personal Interview
• Personal Interviews will be conducted in Mumbai and/or New Delhi
• Final Selection: Based on overall performance in Written Examination (70% weightage out of 100 marks) and Interview (30% weightage out of 100 marks)
• Pre-recruitment training will be organized for candidates from reserved categories (details will be intimated to opted candidates after registration closes)

  • Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm, 200×230 pixels, 20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG format)
  • Signature (140×60 pixels, 10-20 KB, JPG/JPEG format)
  • Left thumb impression (240×240 pixels, 20-50 KB, JPG/JPEG format)
  • Handwritten declaration (800×400 pixels, 50-100 KB, JPG/JPEG format)
  • Consolidated Mark Sheets of Graduation and Post-Graduation (PDF, 20-500 KB)
  • Graduation and Post-Graduation Degree (PDF, 20-500 KB)
  • Caste Certificate if applicable (PDF, 20-500 KB)
• Validate and save all details
• Preview the entire application form before final submission
• Click “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” after verification
• Proceed to payment section and pay application fee online using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/IMPS/Mobile Wallets
• Take printout of e-Receipt and application form for future reference
